Some bathtime products strip already-sensitive skin. This one does the opposite.
Our Colloidal Oatmeal Bath Soak turns an ordinary bath into a soft, milky soak. Finely milled colloidal oatmeal, dead sea minerals and skin-loving sunflower oil disperse through the warm water to soothe and comfort dry, sensitive and eczema-prone skin, and help support your skin's moisture barrier.
Colloidal oatmeal has been used to comfort sensitive skin for generations. It's why we made it the heart of this formula — at 50%, far more than most bath products bother with.
No fragrance. No essential oils. No synthetic dyes. Nothing that doesn't earn its place.

How to use
Bathing instructions
Bathing for eczema-prone skin works best with one simple principle: soak, then seal.
Run a warm — not hot — bath. Hot water can dry out and aggravate sensitive skin. Test it with your elbow.
Add 2–3 tablespoons for an adult bath, or 1 tablespoon for a child's. Stir to disperse — the water will turn milky. That's exactly right.
Soak for 10–20 minutes (10–15 for children). Longer doesn't add benefit.
Pat skin dry gently — don't rub. Leave it slightly damp.
Within three minutes, seal. Apply your Barrier Repair Cream while skin is still damp to lock the moisture in. This is the step that does the heavy lifting.
Rinse the bath afterwards.
Safety first: the oils can make the bath surface slippery. Always use a non-slip mat, and never leave a child unattended in the bath.
Full ingredients
Avena Sativa Kernel Flour (colloidal oatmeal), Maris Sal (dead sea salt), Sodium Bicarbonate, Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside, Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil (high linoleic sunflower oil), Sodium Chloride, Tocopherol (vitamin E).
That's everything. No hidden fragrance, no fillers.
Questions, answered
Can babies and children use it?
Yes — it's suitable from 6 months. For babies under 6 months, have a quick word with your GP or health visitor first. Always patch test before the first use, whatever the age.
I have an oat allergy. Is it safe for me?
This soak contains oats, so it isn't suitable if you have a known oat or cereal-grain allergy. If you're not sure, patch test and check with a healthcare professional before using it.
Will it leave residue in the bath?
A little fine oatmeal can settle as the water drains — that's normal. A quick rinse keeps things tidy. The oils can also make the surface slippery, so always use a non-slip mat.
How often can I use it?
Daily is fine for adults and children. For babies from 6 months, start with 2–3 times a week and build up as their skin gets used to it.
Is it fragranced?
No. No fragrance, no essential oils, no dyes — nothing added for the sake of it.
I'm in a hard water area. Does that matter?
Much of the UK has hard water, which is exactly why we added sodium bicarbonate. It softens the water and helps the oatmeal disperse evenly.
Patch test
New to oat baths? Patch test first: dissolve a little soak in warm water, dab it on the inner arm, and wait 24–48 hours. Stop if any redness or irritation appears. This soak is here to soothe and comfort your skin — it's a complement to, not a replacement for, anything your GP or dermatologist has recommended.
