At its heart is a skin-identical lipid complex — ceramides, cholesterol and fatty acids in the same 1:1:1 ratio your skin uses them — working alongside colloidal oatmeal, niacinamide, panthenol and skin-identical humectants to soothe, hydrate and help support your skin's natural barrier.

Ceramide complex (1:1:1) — ceramides, cholesterol and fatty acids in the same ratio your skin's barrier is built from, to help support it
Niacinamide (2%) — helps support and strengthen the skin barrier, and the skin's own production of barrier lipids
Colloidal oatmeal (2%) — a soothing, calming oat active, the same family as our bath soak
Panthenol (2%) — soothes and helps skin feel comfortable
Sodium PCA & glycerin — skin-identical humectants that help skin hold on to moisture
High-linoleic sunflower oil (6%) — helps replenish the lipids skin needs
Squalane (4%) — a lightweight, skin-identical emollient that sensitive skin tolerates well
Olivem 1000 — a gentle, microbiome-friendly emulsifier that forms skin-like liquid-crystal structures, for a light, cushiony finish

How to use
Smooth a small amount over clean skin — face, hands or body — morning and night, or whenever skin feels dry.
It works best applied within a few minutes of washing or bathing, while skin's still slightly damp, to help lock moisture in.
For very dry patches, or overnight, follow with the Repair Balm to seal it all in.
A little goes a long way — it's a proper cream that SinkS in rather than sitting on top.

How is it different from the Repair Balm?
The cream is your everyday moisturiser — lighter, water-based, SinkS in fast, and good for face, hands and body. The balm is richer and waterless, for sealing on top or for the very driest patches. Lots of people use the cream daily and reach for the balm when skin needs extra.
Can I use it on my face?
Yes — it's made for face, hands and body.
Can children use it?
It's suitable for daily use from 12 months. Always patch test first, and for babies with active eczema, check with your GP or health visitor before use.
Is it greasy?
No. The Olivem emulsifier gives it a light, cushiony finish that SinkS in, rather than sitting heavy on the skin.
Is it really fragrance free?
Yes — no fragrance, no essential oils, no fillers.
